I have to say again, that I did not feel like a guest but was welcomed as a family member- by everyone including the wonderful ladies who so nicely cleaned my room - so just repeat that with everyone and you'll have no problem! haha!!

I had a week in Ao Nang and wasn t sure about the Blue Village due to reading some of the other reviews. So I chickened out and only booked 2 nights there and the rest at a different place in Ao Nang. I really regret that now. The Blue Village is lovely, really nice surroundings and pool. It gets cleaned everyday and is surrounded by lush greenery. It is really peaceful there. I only stayed in a basic fan room but it was fine and very clean with water provided. Only think I would say is the shower was cold and the bathroom is in the same room as the bedroom! The wall around the loo doesn t reach to the ceiling so you are basically doing your ablutions in the same room as someone else! But aprt from that I cannot fault it, the staff were really nice and friendly and the walk to the beach really isn t that bad for the young and healthy!

I usually dont write many reviews, but after our recent stay at Blue Village I feel compelled to pass on the good word about this excellent place. There is a really chilled feel to Blue Village. It is just on the outskirts of An Nang (about a 15 min walk from the centre of town) and it’s set in a very leafy area surrounded by lots of trees and nature. The rooms are of a traditional thai/ bungalow style and spaced a reasonable distance apart to feel quite private. They were clean, spacious (beds were made everyday) and had an outdoor toilet/shower which we thought was a very nice touch. The rooms have all the modern cons and there’s a nice pool to swim in and sunbake if you are feeling to lazy to walk the 600m or so to the beach. The prices for the rooms are geared towards the lower to mid range budgets and we thought it was great value for our money. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Blue Village for your place to stay whilst in Ao Nang.

Even though some staff do not speak well English, but they served us with their heart. We do not miss anything. Congratulations for the staff. Moreover, the owner, Jane, it is the first owner that we would qualify perfect. We never seen any owner so much kindly professional against her age in all our travel that we did before. We would like to thanks a lot to Jane to take care our family not as guest but as a big family belong to Jane. Surely, we will recommend this resort to everybody we know. And if we will be back again to Krabi, surely we will stay in Blue Village. Again, many thanks to Jane to bring our holidays more than we expected and your resort is very typically beautiful. Thanks from our deepest heart.
